Part of what makes the day such a big success is our amazing and talented vendors. From nonprofits to small businesses to larger corporations - having everyone together creates such a fun and exciting experience.

When you apply to become a vendor, you are applying to have a 10ftx10ft space along the Riverwalk. Tables, chairs, and tents will not be provided, so please make sure you are prepared. If you have a specific need in regards to accessibility, please let us know in the 'vendor booth requests' part of the form below.

Early Bird pricing ends

Pricing for a 10ft x 10ft vendor space is as follows:

Lowell Pride strives to take conscious actions to contribute to a greener world by lessening our environmental impact while also limiting our carbon footprints. As such, we ask that you check the boxes below to agree to each of the following:

Lowell Pride Festival 2024 will be a styrofoam-free event and we ask that food vendors use alternative containers.

Reduce plastic use where possible, consider environmentally-friendly packaging options and utilize our on-site recycling and trash stations.

Be respectful and leave the area around you as you found it. This includes breaking down boxes and making sure trash and recycling have been stowed in their appropriate bins.

Small Business or Individual Creator/Maker

Booth spaces for small businesses and/or independent and individual maker/creators is $75 before April 15th. After April 15th, the fee increases to $100.

Non-Profit Organizations

We love having non-profit organizations with shared values present at Lowell Pride to provide information on community resources. Due to this commitment, non-profit organizations receive a discounted booth for a fee of $50 before April 1st and $75 after April 15th. If the fee is cost prohibitive for your organization,  please reach out to info@lowellpride.org, as we may have a limited number of donated booths available from our sponsors.

Food Vendors

Food Vendor spaces will be located in the parking lot and will pay a flat rate of $157. Please keep in mind - we are unable to provide water hookup at this time.

Vendor Booth Requests

Your space will not be considered confirmed until your vendor fee has been paid. You will receive your link to pay via email if approved.

The vendor areas are a mix of sidewalk, parking lot, and grass. Do you have a particular accessibility need?

Lowell Pride Festival Guidelines Agreement

Lowell Pride works to celebrate the diversity of LGBTQ+ culture and create a community that is safe and inclusive.  With that in mind, we have designed these guidelines to ensure that we are able to maintain a safe and inclusive space for all those participating in our events.  The following guidelines apply to anyone supporting the main stage events which would include volunteers, any vendors participating, hired acts, speakers, musicians, DJs, and any and all entering the space:

Drug & alcohol useage

Drug and alcohol consumption is not to be permitted on the premises.  We understand that the social district does include portions of the River Walk however, while participating in the main stage activities this usage is not allowed.

Smoking

We will provide a designated space for smoking for those who wish to smoke.  Smoking is strictly prohibited on stage or as part of a main stage event.

Decorum

Those supporting the main stage are expected to act in a professional and respectful manner at all times while on the event premises.  Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful towards workers, volunteers, vendors, event staff, or attendees will not be tolerated. Any derogatory comments to race, religion, gender, sexuality, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, or body type will not be tolerated.

Language & positive expression

Everyone is encouraged to use positive language and expressions in all interactions with attendees and event staff. This event is for general audiences and language used should be appropriate. Any language or behavior deemed derogatory or offensive will not be tolerated.

No engagement with protestors

Everyone is encouraged to not engage with protestors or any other disruptive individuals.  They are to report any concerns to event staff or security immediately.

No violence or inappropriate behavior

No one is to engage in any violent or inappropriate behavior while on the event premises.  Any such behavior, whether implied or literal, will be reported to event staff or security and may result in removal from the event.

Clean up

If you bring items with you to the event to use in your act or otherwise please ensure that your space is both clean and free of debris when you leave.  Any trash or litter generated must be disposed of properly in designated trash and recycling bins.

Social District

Please read and review all rules of the social district and ensure that you follow the additional rules and regulations set forth by the social district in which the event is being held.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines will make you ineligible to return in future events and may result in removal from the event.  Please reach out to a board member for any clarification on these rules and regulations.
